• Domain registration and management

• Managed server services

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• You may not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates laws
• Spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code distribution
• Adult content or illegal file sharing
• Activities that may harm our infrastructure or other users
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are due in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be made by the due date to avoid service interruption
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

6. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee 100% availability. We provide service level agreements (SLAs) for specific hosting plans as outlined in your service agreement.

7. Data Backup and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
• We provide backup services but do not guarantee data recovery
• We implement security measures but cannot guarantee against all threats
• Report security issues immediately to support@axytehost.xyz

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Update hardware and software as needed for security and performance
• Change these terms with 30 days notice

9. Account Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. No refunds will be provided for unused service periods.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Abuse of our services or systems
• Legal requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

AxyteHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Technical support is provided via our ticketing system and email. Support availability and response times vary by service plan.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
